This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all paperwork and a proactive, do it now attitude to maximize dealership profitability and customer satisfaction. The Finance Manager must also be an expert in federal and state compliance and red flag rules, capable of identifying and mitigating any fraud attempts. You will work with our DMS (Cox Automotive), CRM (VinSolutions), and Darwin for menu presentations to manage and optimize our finance operations.Essential Functions: Compute and quote pricing, interest rates, finance options, trade values and payoffs, government fees, tax, and tags. Receive payments and obtain credit authorization. Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration. Collect and process all necessary bank stipulations for lender funding. Submit and approve finance applications. Maintain acceptable PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) and product penetration rates (warranty, GAP, tire and wheel, road hazard, etc.). Assist in managing the dealership when the General Manager is off. Ensure compliance with all state and banking procedures. Appraise trade-ins and structure deals to maximize profitability. Utilize Cox Automotive DMS, VinSolutions CRM, and Darwin for menu presentations to streamline finance processes. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork. Maintain a proactive, do it now attitude to meet dealership goals. Be an expert in federal and state compliance and red flag rules. Identify and mitigate any fraud attempts.
