LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a shipbuilding company to hire a Finance Manager in Merced, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Run the accounting department of 2 AP and 2 AR employees
• Budget and forecasting
• Strategic planning
• Cost Accounting
• Sales and use tax
• Reconcile inventory

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience
• Small variety of other industry experience
• Management experience

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of CA tax laws

Compensation/Benefits:

This posting is a representative sample of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $90,000-$120,000 and benefits may include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance and 401k with Matching.
