The Finance Manager makes an impact by -
* Complete complex modeling of forecasting and budgeting
* Complete month-end financial reporting and assisting with budget and forecast decks.
* Work directly with accounting to ensure forecast and actuals are aligned from a GL perspective.
* Provide suggestions to improve processes and gain efficiencies throughout the Company.
* Demonstrate the ability to engage and work with cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the company.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Financial Analysis and Segment P&Ls:
* Provide analysis, commentaries, and supporting schedules that detail and summarize the financial performance of Turkey Hill by business segments.
* Provide portfolio financial support, commentary and guidance around variances.
* Manages the timelines and consolidation of month end close, annual financial plan and quarterly forecasts.
* Assist with month-end close processes.
* Provide timely and accurate analytics to support actionable business decisions.
* Work with IT to automate the production of Segment P&Ls and month end reporting.
Cash Flow & Balance Sheet Forecasting:
* Maintain the Company's cash flow model by updating for actuals, annual operating plan, forecasts, and recurring disbursements; work closely with Accounting and cross-functional business partners on forecasts.
* Draft daily/weekly cash flow forecast by combining key financials from multiple data sources.
* Provide variance analysis of cash flow actuals vs. forecast on a weekly basis, working with key stakeholders to understand the main drivers.
* Modify the Company's cash flow model, as necessary, to reflect updates to cash inflow/outflow processes.
* Provide Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance analysis of Balance Sheets.

* Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
* Minimum of 5+ years of progressive work experience in Finance or Accounting.
* CPG and Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
* Possess a strong foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with a strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
* Self-motivated and ability to work independently as needed
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrates the ability to engage work in department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer
* Strong attention to detail, effective time managements skills
Physical Requirements-

* The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low) and manufacturing setting where noise levels can be high (PPE required).
* The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office or manufacturing environment from 4-8+ hours.
* The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related tasks
* Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasks
* The employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use. Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle (or feel) to operate various types of office equipment.
* Must be able to operate all job-related equipment (powered, hand or office) as required
* Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus
* Ability to lift 20 pounds and/or push/pull 20 pounds on a regular or occasional basis
