Location: Milwaukee,WI, USA
The Responsibilities:
* Lead for management reporting including actual results and forecasting for US Distribution business. For forecasting, prepare templates, coordinate with BU partners, prepare finance calculated inputs, consolidation, and presentation preparation.
* Lead for EPM reporting requirements for the US Distribution business including generating reports and loading actuals & forecast data. Continuous process improvement to ensure all required roll forwards are consistently performed and reconciled.
* Lead for inventory management (parts & whole goods) of the US Distribution business including but not limited to cycle count metrics, new/used aged inventory reporting, inventory reserve JEs, and account reconciliations.
* Responsible for analysis and required journal entries related to intercompany profit elimination for whole goods and parts.
* Responsible for oversight of US Distribution warranty process including claim aging, intercompany profit elimination associated with warranty, and reconciliations.
* Prepare regular and ad-hoc analysis for finance leadership or VP/GMs of the US Distribution businesses.
The Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
* 5-8 years of experience
* Ability to work independently
* Experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis, management and coordination of multiple priorities
* Must be willing to learn and improve processes every month
* The successful candidate will possess superior verbal and written communication skills, along with a proven ability to influence those without a direct reporting relationship, as well as manage processes with diverse operational groups.
* Travel - domestically up to 20%
