A top International Private Investment Firm is adding a Finance Manager to the team due to growth within the organization. This person will help manage personal finances, and lead the client service team while reporting into the leadership of the firm. This role is 100% Remote. Responsibilities· Supervise clients' personal financial activities, including detailed budgeting, cash flow management, and expense tracking· Review financial statements, tax returns, projections, and quarterly estimates to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals.· Tracking K-1s for annual tax reporting.· Use QuickBooks to update all financial statements · Responsible for leading the client service team with all client needs including checking in regularly to anticipate and address their needs proactively.· Work side by side with Leadership regarding client needs, requests, and ongoing projects to ensure alignment and execution.· Assist clients and leadership with real estate transactions, regulatory reporting, cost analyses, customized financial reporting and client presentations.· Summarize and present estate planning documents.· Manage assets and liabilities on a wealth management platform.· Evaluate financial advisor performance.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.· Use QuickBooks to update all financial statements · 5 years of experience in a similar role serving High Net Worth clients This role is 100% REMOTESalary 130K-140K + Bonus#LI-JS1KBW789*MONKBW*
