Job Type Full-timeDescriptionSchedule:Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pmSUMMARYUnder supervision of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Finance Manager will be responsible for conducting and managing the day-to-day activities of the finance office and compiling and prepare necessary data reports in relation to financial activities. The Finance Manager maintains and ensures the accuracy of the general ledger and provides support to program managers and directors on key business measures.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly supervises accounting staff with support from the CFO
- Responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of appropriate budgets to the THRIVE Board, counties of operation and state agencies on the necessary forms and paperwork as indicated.
- Take initiative and be proactive in sharing financial and functional health of programs using data driven analysis that incorporates trends and operational changes.
- Maintain Monthly Data Dashboards of programs relevant financial information.
- Prepare and submit on a monthly basis, vouchers to the counties of operations and other funding sources.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors
- Assist with monitoring and evaluation of budgets for respective programs and preparation of budget modifications towards the end of year, as appropriate.
- Assist in the preparation of all the necessary documents for the annual audit.
- Assist with preparation and submission of Consolidated Fiscal Report.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of general ledger and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Work with Program Managers and Directors in all areas related to services to support them in efficiently and effectively delivering billable services, while ensuring an emphasis on collaboration.
- Work additional hours to meet deadlines on grants and other projects as deemed necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESDirectly supervise Finance and Payables Specialists. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
