A Day in the Life of a Finance Manager:- Serve as strategic business partner and co-pilot for the North America Sales Vice Presidents and play a critical role in optimizing the commercial performance and financial profitability of the business.
- Lead holistic end-to-end profitability management and provide analysis, insights, and strategic guidance to support growth plans with retailers, both short- & long-term.
- Lead the channel / retailer where to play and how to win strategy development, execution, and tracking in partnership with the North America Leadership Team.
- Drive breakthrough visibility to retailer profitability, owning the execution and management of customer P&Ls and portfolio roles, while leading analysis & tools to support overall business sufficiency.
- Track and report key performance indicators and partner with Sales Teams to develop plans that drive improvements in results, while supporting data-based decision-making.
- Partner closely to activate Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities in market as a way to fuel revenue and profit acceleration and create value with our retail partners.
- Lead development of our Joint Business Planning (JBP) strategy, framework, and tools, while also supporting JBP execution across retailers with the NA Sales organization.
- Build and develop a strong and impactful finance team that collaborates cross-functionally with partners in Finance, Sales, and Senior Leadership.
What You'll Bring:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Previous experience in CPG or fast-moving, consumer & customer-focused organization.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing financial analysis and reporting processes.
- Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing preferred.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, learning agility, and intellectual curiosity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:- Starting Pay Range: $98,200
- Pay Range End: $189,400
