Business Partner Controlling in Regional Business Unit North America with focus on Brake Components (MA-CG/CTG) and Controlling manager of MA Juarez plant (JuP2/CTG).

Business Partner Regional Business Unit:

* Steer the business result of Product Area Brake Components in NA with the head of regional Business Unit

* Define measures for business development in current year (CF), following year (BP) and strategic outlook

* Analyze monthly business results (MBR), review projects and drive measures

* Prepare customer acquisition projects together with go-to-market

* Drive cost benchmark within the IPN

* Ensure measure achievement of RBU and JuP2 plant

Controlling Manager Juarez plant:

* Actively drive the plant performance and FCF impacts of the MA Multi-Business Unit plant

* Steer measures to achieve the plant result and plant competitiveness

* Ensure standard plant Controlling processes, such as MBR, CF, BP, PPC calculation, measure and R&O tracking

* Establish a rolling plant measure planning with long, mid and short term view and implement plant measures

* Establish investment assessments and control

* Steer stocktaking process and cycle counting and inventory accuracy

* Track plant risk management (ICS, MP) and commercial process compliance

* Ensure transparency, correctness and consistency of data in reporting

* Prepare the plant Controlling team for current and future Controlling tasks and requirements (e.g. reporting to 3 MA Business Units, new product ramp-up)

* Actively develop associates, build and foster the plant Controlling team and drive competence management

Qualifications

* BA/BS degree in Business-Engineering, Administration, IT, Economics or Finance

* 5-7 years Bosch Controlling Experience

* Experience in plant-Controlling manager function

* Fluent in English and Spanish

* Experience to work in international and cultural divers environment

* Strong result orientation and analytical thinking

* Cross functional team spirit and strong collaboration

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, assertive, team-oriented, consequent and inter-cultural experience.

* Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, focusing on results, having an overarching business view

* Responsible, accountable and relationship focused

* Passionate about continuous improvement of processes and systems
