- Assist with long term, annual, bi-annual, and monthly profit plan development
- Assist with annual and monthly company policy development and tracking
- Work with related departments on cost improvement activities
- Responsible for reporting labor, expense, investment plan vs actual
- Investigate expense variances and trends to identify opportunities for kaizen
- Assist with Standard Cost development
- Coordinate and be responsible for routine monthly reporting and meetings
- Develop strong relationship with other internal departments and intercompany sales teams
Additional Considerations
- Presentation experience desired
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including executive management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or other related Business discipline
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
