Responsibilities

This position contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Finance function by supporting the Comp Defense teams. Comp Defense deliverables include ensuring the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for allocated accounts, including all financial tracking and accounting of contractual commitments.

* Manage all contractual funding components of National Accounts contracts

* Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines

* Manage year-end accrual process, EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups

* Manage customer data integrity issues

* Lead and develop team of employees/contractors

* Provide support to team and Sales organization on customer issues relating to reporting and payments

* Ensure issues are resolved promptly

* Direct line of support to National Account Sales Directors for funding issues and initiatives

* Support customers in reporting and funding-guide and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Compensation & Benefits:

* The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300.

* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience

* 2+ years managing a team with a high level of ambiguity and establishing well control processes

* 2+ years of process improvement experience; including identifying non-value-added work and process automation

* Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, marcos etc)

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency

* 2+ years showcasing well developed analytical and problem-solving skills

* Prior experience with journal entries

* Experience with SAP, EPM

* Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to assess materiality, risk exposure and to implement creative solutions

* Requires attention to detail

* Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines

* Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams

* Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities

* Good time management skills
