**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As the Accountant, Financial, you will be responsible daily cash reconciliation and verification, review of sales data for accuracy, and preparation of month-end financial close balances.
**WHAT YOULL DO**

+ Support the restaurants in all needs surrounding sales, payments, and related issues.
+ Analyze bank reports and POS deposits to generate cash discrepancy reports, following up on material adjustments as needed.
+ Leverage sales tool data to research sales sub-ledger entries between the POS system and ARCs system as necessary.
+ Leverage Delivery Partner data compared to internal sales data and bank activity for accuracy.
+ Validate accuracy of sales data, preparing manual sales adjustments as needed.
+ Retrieve, modify, and analyze data to review trends and identify improvements.
+ Prepare and review the financial statements of assigned accounts which include the monthly preparation of month-end accruals, responding to exceptions based on pre-determined criteria, and preparing any adjusting entries as needed.
**WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE TABLE**
+ B.A./B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; or an equivalent in education and experience.
+ 0-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or another related field.
+ Analytical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Knowledge of and the ability to proficiently use a PC along with MS Office Suite software
+ Exceptional Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookup, xlookup, sumif).
+ Ability to complete account reconciliations and analyze sales data.
+ Detail oriented and able to prioritize workload.
**PAY TRANSPARENCY**
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $53,000.00$68,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
