Our client, market leader in the medical sector is looking to hire a Financial Accountant based in Glenwood Duties and Responsibilities : Cashbook transactions Preparation of Reconciliations - all B/S accounts Assisting with Creditors payments / reconciliations if needed General finance work Assistance with preparation of management accounts and regulatory reporting Assistance with year-end preparation Preparation of Journals - monthly & annually Credit Control (Debtors) in Hospital Management system - following up with Case Managers Fixed assets register and related transactions Stock control procedures for new set-up of pharmacy stock Sustainability and statistics reporting Assisting with costing and budgets Updating information on a cloud-based ERP Software (once moved) Cashbook Debtors / Credit Control Journals - monthly & annually Provisions based on Credit Controller input. Stock control transactions. Ad hoc transactions +/-5 years' experience in similar position Microsoft Office (Excel) Accounting package knowledge (Sage, Pastel or similar) Knowledge and Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
