Responsibilities:Collaborate with the VP of Finance on quarterly/annual fund financial statements, capital calls, distributions, and Limited Partner reporting.Manage partnership accounting for private investment funds, including general partner entities, alternative investment structures, and portfolio reporting.Handle cash management and treasury functions for investment entities and the management company.Work with auditors during interim and year-end fund audits.Assist with investment transactions, including coordination of documents, fund allocations, and wire preparation.Track loan activity for the funds and manage associated reporting requirements.Support various management company finance functions, including expense allocations and portfolio company billing.Manage vendor relationships and handle administrative tasks like insurance applications, annual filings, and document management.Assist with tax, regulatory, and SEC compliance filings.Perform other ad hoc tasks to support business functions and special projects. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience (public accounting and/or alternative investment firm experience).Experience working with Allvue Systems is a big plus.Strong understanding of investment fund accounting.#LI-WC1KBW789 *MONKBW*
