JUNIOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR A rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisory firm located in Bedminster, New Jersey, with an expanding client base, is seeking candidates to join our team. This role will focus on client service and financial planning to provide exceptional services that exceed client expectations, enhance the firm's reputation, and affect organizational growth. The firm is willing to invest in the team. Will consider transferring assets and provide guaranteed income until established. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct financial analysis and customized financial plans
- Assess and advise clients on current financial situations and make recommendations
- Assist clients in planning for short- and long-term goals
- Develop and execute retirement planning strategies
- Implement risk management and tax planning strategies
- Oversee and coordinate client investment portfolios
- Play a key role in maintaining compliance with RIA
- Develop and maintain relationships to retain clients and grow client base
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial products
- Open and maintain accounts on the advisory platform
- Review task assignments for each client and work directly with team members to ensure all follow-up and action items resulting from client meetings are documented in CRM and completed within the specified period (RedTail).
- Prepare meeting materials and complete ad-hoc assignments for the Senior Advisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Knowledge of investment vehicles, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
- Must have a Series 66.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and financial planning systems. EMoney, Money Guide Pro, Riskalyze, Netx360, and other platforms are a plus.
- Prior experience as a financial advisor or internships in finance or wealth management is required.
