- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, LPL reporting systems, RedTail CRM).
- Adherence to HTP's core values and beliefs.
- 5+ years financial advising experience with an established book of business.
- Ability to obtain the CFP designation.
- Series 7 license preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work towards CDFA.
