What Makes YOU GREAT:
  • Your enthusiasm as a Financial Advisor with a deep understanding of your clients.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and communicate recommendations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, LPL reporting systems, RedTail CRM).
  • Adherence to HTP's core values and beliefs.
  • 5+ years financial advising experience with an established book of business.
  • Ability to obtain the CFP designation.
  • Series 7 license preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work towards CDFA.
