This full-time, flexible position offers the opportunity to provide personalized financial planning and wealth management services to clients, both in person and remotely. As a Financial Advisor at CarrThaxton Financial Group, LLC, you will work with self-made individuals seeking to secure a bright future for their descendants. Your responsibilities will include offering sound advice and education, coordinating various aspects of their financial situation, and enabling them to focus on their primary concern - their family. Job Expectations: You will be responsible for providing financial planning and advice along with investment management recommendations to serve the needs of our clients. You will assess the client's financial objectives and guide the client in achieving their financial goals. You will proactively manage and build on an existing group of clients by collecting and analyzing their risk tolerance, long- and short-term goals, income needs, assets, investments, and debts. You will advise clients on: 1. Retirement planning using eMoney software 2. The advantages and disadvantages of different investments. It is important to be able to develop referral resources among existing customers as well as build up new client relationships 3. Insurance Needs and Long Term Care Planning 4. Ensuring that clients meet with an estate planning attorney and execute estate planning documents 5. Identify cross-sell opportunities through proper client profiling and needs-based selling You will be required to: 1. Understand and comply with all aspects of our policies and practices, including laws and regulations governing the duties and responsibilities of financial sales 2. Maintain necessary licenses and registrations as required and complete all mandatory regulatory training on time 3. Maintain superior client service to expand customer relationships 4.
