As a non-captive agency, The Piedmont Group serves advisors who are focused on building and flourishing, as business owners. TPG is a non-captive agency and we require our agents to become fully licensed to handle all aspects of wealth management. This position molds career changers, college grads, & industry professionals, into seasoned financial advisors. In this recruiting process, you will meet a wide variety of financial professionals who have transitioned to TPG. We are looking to grow, are you?Responsibilities•Customize financial plans for each client, taking into consideration potential life changes and evolving financial needs.•Build strong relationships with new clients, acting as their trusted advisor and actively seeking out potential prospects.•Develop and offer financial advice and strategies that align with each client's risk tolerance and financial objectives.Qualifications•A Bachelor's degree is required for this Financial Advisor position in Tuscaloosa, AL, US.•The selected candidate must achieve a Life & Health Insurance license, Series 7, and Series 66 within 6 months of being hired.•Preferred qualifications include familiarity with the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations.•Understanding the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is beneficial.•Applicants must possess either U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card and reside in the United States.
