Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise/mentor up to 8 Advisors
- Works with other Advisor Managers in seeking consistency and quality
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting advisors in the execution of goals at the firm and advisor level
- Managing monthly advisor meetings and local team lead meetings
- Drafting and standardizing advisor-specific policies and processes
- Provide training on financial advisor processes and policies.
- Managing the fee concession request process
- In partnership with HR, developing training and new advisor onboarding and career tracks
- Serves as liaison between staff and advisor teams
Qualifications for this position:
- Bachelor's degree
- CFP® Certification
- 10+ years of experience in a wealth management-related or financial services field
- Highly professional team player, able to work effectively with all levels of the firm, as well as with clients
- Adaptability and flexibility are required; ability to work under pressure and beyond standard hours during busy periods to meet tight deadlines
- Personable, warm, engaging; client first attitude
- Regularly seek out new opportunities to contribute
- Is viewed as a knowledgeable resource in areas of expertise
- Superb executive communication skills-internal and external
- Solid strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and competent decision maker
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
