The selected student will work within a variety of units and assist with day-to-day tasks and project work. Hours can range from 10-20 hours with very flexible scheduling. Work assignments require limited direction and supervision. Experience or specialized knowledge in the area required. Ability to provide training or tutorial consultation for employees or students. Assist in planning or producing instructional materials. Work directly with management on technical tasks.Job DescriptionJob duties include, but are not limited to the following:Essential Duties
  • Assist with reviewing and updating financial aid web pages, Banner Self-Service, and emails.
  • Work collaboratively with management and team members on special projects, including the implementation of Workday.
  • Perform audits on electronic scholarship files for compliance and retention purposes
  • Thoroughly review and test financial aid forms, student and parent dashboards, and form communications.
