About the Job

We are seeking a driven and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Sales Financing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our company's financial health and strategic decision-making. You will leverage your expertise in financial modeling to build robust forecasts, analyze financial performance, and partner with business units to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a growing manufacturer, preferably within renewable energy or similar.

What you ll be doing

  • Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, with a focus on driving growth.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare insightful financial reports, including variance analysis, rolling forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the Director of Strategic Development by reviewing business financial needs and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process, gathering data, collaborating with departments, and presenting recommendations.
  • Conduct research and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, or other projects.
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent financial modeling and spreadsheet skills (Excel).
  • Renewable energy or semiconductor industry background preferred
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Enthusiasm for the Renewable Energy industry

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. Additional discretionary incentive may be available. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plan and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms.
