Wieland is hiring a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the financial activities of the Business Unit Thermal Solutions in North America . This role is located in Duncansville, PA and will be fully on-site. While this role is local, occasional travel to other locations will be required (15-25% travel).

Responsibilities:

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Act as close partner to business, create transparency & support fact-based decision making to achieve company goals
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting, understand cost drivers and review together with business
  • Drive forecast and budget process in cooperation with business
  • Implement process improvements within own area of responsibility but also cross-functional
  • Analyze profitability together with Sales and make recommendations to management
  • Support on capital expenditure project controlling
  • Contribute on SAP implementation
  • Ad-hoc analysis and other duties as required

Financial Analyst Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Financial accounting and cost accounting experience
  • Experience with SAP S/4, SAP BI, Power BI, Microsoft Office applications
  • Diligent & efficient employee who likes to think outside the box and solve problems that go beyond their department
  • Strong analytical and professional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to absorb additional workload as needed
