This role will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives.Why join us?Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchingPaid time off (PTO) and flexible work scheduleCareer development and continuing education opportunitiesJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.Budgeting & Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports, perform variance analysis, and monitor budget versus actual performance for various departments.Data Analysis: Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and profitability to support business decision-making and improve operational efficiency.Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to present to senior management. Provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.Business Case Development: Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities by performing financial due diligence and preparing ROI analyses.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and sales teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.Ad-hoc Projects: Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed to support the company's growth and profitability.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field. Public accounting or private equity experience is a strong plus.Certifications: CPA or CFA certification preferred, but not required.Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools. Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.Interested in hearing more?
