The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to interpret data to support key business decisions. This role will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives.Why join us?Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchingPaid time off (PTO) and flexible work scheduleCareer development and continuing education opportunitiesJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.Budgeting & Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports, perform variance analysis, and monitor budget versus actual performance for various departments.Data Analysis: Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and profitability to support business decision-making and improve operational efficiency.Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to present to senior management. Provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.Business Case Development: Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities by performing financial due diligence and preparing ROI analyses.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and sales teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.Ad-hoc Projects: Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed to support the company's growth and profitability.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field. Public accounting or private equity experience is a strong plus.Certifications: CPA or CFA certification preferred, but not required.Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools. Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.Interested in hearing more?
