Evaluate current and historical financial data. Build and monitor an interim cashflow model. Generate ad hoc, interim, and quarterly reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Extract actionable operational reporting that drives quantifiable returns. Support the production of annual and quarterly budgets and review processes. Conduct financial diligence in pursuit of an aggressive acquisition strategy. Examine a companys financial statements to determine its value. Perform financial modeling and valuation of acquisition targets. Produce customer retention studies, loan-to-value calculations, and other valuable comparable data. Perform data extraction and manipulation to produce historical reporting and establish benchmarks within the operating company. Support board preparation, which may include preparing data, slides, and qualitative studies.Requirements:Bachelors degree in finance, business, or economics.Two years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial management, accounting, or a related discipline.Proficiency in Excel including two years of experience creating, maintaining, and refining complex financial models of investment and managerial nature such as budgets, dashboards, and operational models.Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) and QuickBooks Online (QBO).Experience with the financial transactional cycles including origination, due diligence, reporting, and execution.Experience with establishing the reporting and managerial infrastructure following a successful acquisition to achieve goals from acquisition model.Experience with B2C channels including experience in the Consumer Products industry.Experience generating bottom up and top-down forecasts to drive performance and financial results.
