This includes but is not limited to maintaining complete and accurate files, executing financial reporting, billing of fees and monitoring out of pocket expenses.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESBuild effective relationships with client teams to ensure delivery of desired resultsAssist with weekly financial reporting to the client teamsWork with the client team to review job detail/tracking and conduct financial reconciliations of out-of-pocket expensesManage all execution of client invoicing according to contracted billing agreementsFacilitate coordination and processing of vendor invoicingConsolidate and maintain updated electronic job jacket files with appropriate support documentationResponsible for management of A/R reporting and follow-upOversee Purchase Order Initiation and CoordinationServe as the Primary Liaison for Vendor Onboarding and ManagementMaintain Clean WIP Balances through Diligent Monitoring and ReconciliationAd hoc reporting as needed based on the evolving needs of the department and agencySKILLS/REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred2-5 years' experienceProficient in Microsoft Office and ExcelMust be highly organized with a strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-Motivated individual who likes challenges and can work well with othersAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityOur Hybrid Work Model:RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
