About Our Client A global transportation and storage company. Job Description
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost-saving and revenue enhancement. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to summarize financial performance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and review of annual budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis to track performance against targets.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast financial outcomes, assess potential business scenarios, and support decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. Present financial insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to assess the company's financial position.
  • Cost Control & Profitability: Assist in cost management and optimization by analyzing expense trends and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (e.g., sales, operations, and marketing) to understand business drivers and provide actionable financial insights.
  • Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist with audits and external reporting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, or similar) is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles. Experience in [specific industry, e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, tech] is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas), financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or others), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • High level of accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues, solving problems, and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with others in a dynamic team environment and work effectively under pressure.
