The company is scaling its operations, providing excellent opportunities for growth and development. Job Description: Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and possess strong analytical skills. This role involves working directly with the CFO to support business growth and financial decision-making, with a focus on budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve business performance
- Perform inventory analysis and develop financial models
- Maintain and update Excel reports and Power BI dashboards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to scale growth and improve financial processes
Qualifications:
- Must Haves:
- 2-7 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analysis, reporting)
- Experience with Power BI for financial reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term growth
- Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Private Equity (PE) firms
- Exposure to scaling businesses for growth

- In-office 5 days a week for training, with the potential for remote work afterward
- Full-time, Monday-Friday (9 AM to 5 PM)
