Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Budget Management & Analysis

  • Develop advanced budget tracking systems to monitor and manage expenses.
  • Reconcile monthly financial data from reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide analytical support for donation reports, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support the creation of sophisticated financial reports and dashboards for leadership updates and planning cycles.

Invoice and Accrual Tracking

  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive invoice logging system to monitor incoming invoices and pending payments.
  • Assist in determining year-end accruals by ensuring accurate and timely logging.

Operational Support & Reporting

  • Develop templates and standardized formats for meeting minutes, action items, and reporting for committees.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to reconcile data for various reporting requirements.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support during foundation audits by preparing documentation and organizing records.

Advanced Data Visualization

  • Create and manage dashboards and data visualizations using advanced Excel techniques and tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Innovate reporting frameworks for leadership budget updates and operational decision-making.

Policy and Process Improvement

  • Assist in updating and maintaining Corporate Affairs policies and procedures.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documents by collaborating with team members.
  • Support ad-hoc project requests and cross-functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in operations management, financial analysis, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with financial systems, reporting frameworks, and invoice tracking mechanisms.

Other Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL and other data analysis software.
  • Understanding of operations management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with corporate financial audits and compliance.
