Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team and provide critical financial insights that will guide strategic decision-making. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling and planning, analyzing financial statements, and supporting day-to-day financial reporting. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, driving financial planning and budgeting processes, while fostering a collaborative environment for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, preparing detailed financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collect and analyze data related to cash flow, budgeting, and financial modeling to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other financial software to create and maintain financial models, forecasts, and projections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial planning and reporting.
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to management and stakeholders effectively.
  • Stay updated on financial concepts, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve analytical capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Experience with financial reporting, modeling, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis and financial reporting.
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting in a multi-entity environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
