Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with manufacturing company that is looking to an experienced financial analyst to the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This position is 100% onsite and located in Rancho Cordova, CA. The company is looking specifically for a candidate that has analyst experience within a Manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Monthly/Quarterly program forecast reviews.
- Budget Variance analysis and Budget Baseline analysis.
- Analyze and validate project costs; analyze project performance status and identify financial risks.
- Sales Forecasting.
- Assist and support the reconciliation of contracts for revenue recognition.
- Participate in project cost review meetings.
- Prepare presentations and host Financial Review meetings with senior management.
- Support financial audits as necessary.
- Prepare adhoc reports and analysis, as necessary.
- Daily availability to include evenings and weekends when necessary to reach goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance from four-year college or university
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Power BI Experience is a plus
- Thrives in a continuously changing environment
