Financial Analyst - Non-Profit (Temp-to-Hire)

Non-profit organization located near downtown Los Angeles is looking for a Financial Analyst on a HYBRID SCHEDULE. In this position, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial planning & analysis, budgeting, costing, and funding contracts, grants, and grant billing management. The Financial Analyst will also perform expense analysis, ad hoc reporting, analyze grant funding, reconciliations, creating presentations, financial modeling, manage collections, as well as handling various projects in conjunction with the finance/accounting team.

• Qualified candidate will need to have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• At least two years of experience.
• Non-profit industry experience is required.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are
• Having strong analytical and technical experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are critical.
