Location: Covington Support; 109 Northpark Blvd., Covington, Louisiana - 70433
Responsibilities:- Performs various monthly financial close/reporting activities
- Administers and accounts for company share repurchase program
- Administers customer ACH payment platform and reconciles customer payments
- Completes cash reconciliation for new acquisitions
- Manages and accounts for company Letters of Credit
- Compiles and reviews reconciliations for international cash accounts
- Maintains schedule of international bank accounts, services, and contacts
- Develops and maintains relationships with POOLCORP international finance/accounting managers
- Evaluates, tests and recommends actions to improve internal controls over international transactions
- Creates and manages cash forecast for foreign entities
- Other duties and special projects as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or other business related discipline
- Five years of business experience, treasury experience desired
- Expertise in complex financial analysis and modeling skills
- Experience managing large amounts of data through tools such as Power BI
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications; strong proficiency in Excel required
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and make insightful recommendations
- High energy, self starter with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
