While this position is based in Montreal and Toronto, our engagements are primarily conducted in major US cities. Our deal teams deliver asset-based lending consultation services involving companies in numerous industries (Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Services, etc.).Must Haves
      • 2-5 years of relevant experience (CPA);
      • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills;
      • Ability to rapidly identify key issues during an engagement and make recommendations;
      • Superior financial analysis skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
      • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Power BI, Microsoft Access, and IDEA) is an asset;
      • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills;
      • Flexibility to work from home or in a hybrid environment;
      • Some US travel required (-15%);What We Are Looking For
        • Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analyses and ability to link findings to strategy;
        • Review and analysis of financial data and trends relating to the collateral and the borrower's business;
        • Assessments of collateral borrowing base;
        • Evaluation of financial reporting systems;
        • Regular communications with lenders through written reports and exit interviews;
        • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment among driven professionals;
        • Occasional involvement in other engagements such as business assessments, liquidity reviews, operational/profitability improvements, corporate finance, and due diligence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
