The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with manufacturing industry experience who will serve as a business partner to company leadership and will compile and report the financial results, reporting directly to the CFO. Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Preparing annual budget, forecasting during the current year, and setting cost standards for (3) companies.
- Ensuring inventory integrity (i.e. transactions, physical counts, etc.)
- Ensuring proper financial controls are in place that limit risk but do not interfere with operational excellence
- Annual audit participation
- Prepare monthly financial close with financial reports for three (3) companies.
- Key performance indicator (KPI) development and reporting
- Timely account reconcilements and banking reconcilement of cash accounts
- Accruals to ensure costs match period activities
- Monthly financial reporting to upper management and owners.
- Assist with analysis for cost, projects, or other business-specific activity.
- Operating cash management and weekly cash reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance - CPA is preferred!
- 7-10 years experience in Accounting
- Full P&L experience is required
- Experience with cost accounting is a must
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Familiarity working in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
