Your main duties will involve accounting reports, budgeting, cash flow management, and ensuring adherence to all financial regulations.Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure all financial transactions and reports are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members involved in the accounting process
- Manage the annual budget process and monitor compliance
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Planning, directing, and coordinating all internal accounting operations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial management within the construction industry is highly desired
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities
