Preferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:
- Experience consulting within the financial crime's domain, particularly in regulatory environments;
- Experience in leading key workstreams within engagements, staying abreast of current trends, and contributing to the development of knowledge capital;
- Proficient in utilizing AML systems, including data mapping, profiling, and system tuning;
- Expertise in deploying AML systems, specializing in the NICE Actimize platform, encompassing SAM, CDD, WL-X, IFM-X, and ActOne solutions. Proficient in implementing Actimize UDM and Actimize SAFIRE solutions;
- Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize platform components, such as Visual Modeler, Risk Case Manager, and ActOne Plugin customization;
- Experience in Actimize environment setup and configuration, including server setup, installation, and upgrades;
- Proficiency in upgrading the Actimize platform (SAM 9.x, CDD 10.x, IFM-X, UDM, and ActOne);
- Understand Actimize cloud products like Essentials and Xceed Fraud;
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Database Management Systems like SQL Server and Oracle;
- Knowledge and experience in using one or more of the following: SAS, R, Python, Ruby, QlikView, Tibco Spotfire, and Tableau for data analysis;
- Support practice management in a consultative environment, including project planning, engagement administration, and budget management; and,
- Collaborate with business development teams to develop proposals for prospective clients.
