Role: Seeking a skilled financial analyst with SQL experience to join our data and financial analysis team. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company experiencing steady growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data to identify trends and insights.
• Create and maintain clear reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Data Infrastructure, and Actuarial teams.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical modeling (SAS, R, Python).
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
