Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Head to lead our financial management, company secretary, and compliance functions. The Financial Head will be responsible for overseeing all financial matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policiesManage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysisOversee accounting, treasury, and tax functionsCompany Secretary:Ensure compliance with company laws, regulations, and governance standardsManage board meetings, shareholder meetings, and other corporate eventsMaintain company records, minutes, and documentsCompliance:Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, laws, and standardsManage relationships with auditors, bankers, and other stakeholdersOversee risk management and internal control processesStrategic Leadership:Provide financial guidance and support to managementDevelop and implement financial models, scenarios, and forecastsIdentify opportunities for revenue growthRequirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of experience in financial management, company secretary, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of company laws, regulations, and governance standards
