Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within our client's organization, with a particular focus on monitoring and optimizing the company's P&L performance. This role will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the company's P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and margin improvement. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Develop and maintain financial models and analyses using expert-level Excel skills to support decision-making and strategic planning. Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and financial risk management. Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization. Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred. 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a controller managing P&L. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a proven ability to create complex financial models and perform advanced data analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving profitability. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
