Position: Financial Planner

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 DOE plus profit sharing

Who you'll work with:

Our team at Advisor Launch Lab has been hired by a fee-only, boutique, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) planning firm, based in New York's beautiful Hudson River Valley. We are in search of their newest Financial Planner (ideally with a CFP®) to join the firm's progressive team. You would be the seventh member of the team working with their 220+ client households.

This team works collaboratively from a foundation of integrity, delivering exceptional service to their clients.

To encourage and support work-life balance, they currently offer a 36-hour work week with the intention to go to a four-day work week by next year. They work with many small business owners, the LGBTQ community, and clients experiencing life transitions. There is an emphasis on cash flow planning and life planning for clients.

You're a great fit if:

You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in the financial planning industry and could jump into a client meeting tomorrow and present their financial plan. But don't worry, the team will spend time training you in their methods and ways of doing things so you can feel confident in delivering their level of service.

You must live in or within a reasonable commute to Red Hook, NY (Hudson Valley). Most of the team works a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.

If you are passionate about helping people and know the true value of financial planning, we want to hear from you! You must either be a CFP® already or be a candidate willing to sit for the exam soon.

You do not need to worry about searching for business in this role, but if that is something you would like to pursue, we will fully support you!
