Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Advisors in delivering exceptional client service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
- Utilize eMoney to create financial plans for clients.
- Ensure timely and comprehensive responses in collaboration with the Lead Advisor.
- Track task progress and follow up on outstanding action items.
- Proactively address client issues and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Understand client expectations and preferences to advocate effectively.
- Work with internal teams to enhance client service processes and workflows.
- Manage client relationships, including preparing meeting materials and providing ongoing support.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of wealth management experience including financial planning experience.
- Must hold: Series 65, CFP or CFA.
- Plan to sit for the CFP exam within two years if not already certified.
- Familiarity with tools like Redtail, Orion, eMoney, Morningstar, GoToMeeting, iRebal, and Schwab custodian is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a personable, professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at multitasking.
- Energetic, assertive, and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
