Full-time, on-site position

Pay Range: $125,000 - $150,000 + leading benefits package

This confidential client is on an ambitious path to increase their EBITDA from $105 million to $300 million and aims to boost revenue from $650 million to $2 billion. This role is crucial for driving financial strategy and supporting aggressive expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
• Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a senior FP&A role in construction or building materials.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong background in managing substantial financial growth within large, complex organizations (privately or publicly held).
• Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) systems.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools
• leadership and management capabilities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S
