Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our finance team. The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial health and growth of Trustwell Living. This position will be responsible for contributing to the development of financial strategies, analyzing financial performance, and supporting the decision-making process through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and refinement of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support various business units and projects.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and integrate relevant financial data for analysis.
  • Support monthly financial reporting activities, including conducting variance analysis and preparing management reports.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and generate reports to aid in critical decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to the assessment of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (or a similar role), preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced skills in financial analysis tools and systems (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally at all organizational levels.
