POSITION
The FP&A Lead (COO and Engineering and Technology) will report to the Head of Corporate Finance and will manage a team of finance business partners. This position will be based in Charlotte and the individual will be required 3 days/week in the office. This role will support the Chief Operations Office and our Engineering and Technology departments, and will play a critical and highly visible role in financial support of the Chief Operations Office (COO), and Engineering and Technology (ET) with budgets totaling more than $170MM. Strong collaboration and communication with executive leaders, internal business partners and stakeholders is a critical component to success in this role. There are significant opportunities to lead, develop, and implement processes, systems, and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the team and the company.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.
