Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This is a search for an FP&A Manager which is really well set up for someone who is looking to move into industry from a Transaction Advisory or Deals Management role in consulting/public accounting.

The search is for a PE backed, roll-up style of services business in the midst of aggressive acquisition mode (~15-20 acquisitions p.a.) and will be the first hire into their FP&A function. It will sit at a 'Group' level and work very closely with the CFO to report on revenue and adjusted EBITDA a a priority but also work to build a comprehensive internal reporting processes and deliver accurate and useful KPIs, improve cash forecasts, work on performance evaluation and budgeting throughout the Group, which has doubled revenue within the past 6 months.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years experience within Financial Analysis, ideally with a foundation in accounting
• Able to build financial models with purpose
• Must be a able to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority and background
• Ambitious and professional but with a humble, 'GSD' style of working
