About the role:

The FP&A Manager is a pivotal role in driving the organization's financial success. This hybrid position is responsible for crafting accurate budgets and forecasts, conducting in-depth variance analysis, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. By collaborating closely with various departments, the FP&A Manager ensures financial alignment with strategic objectives and fosters a data-driven culture.

Your responsibilities:

* Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and prepare insightful reports.

* Strategic Planning: Support long-term strategic planning through scenario analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.

* Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, develop dynamic financial models, and provide accurate forecasts.

* Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

* Team Leadership: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and support company-wide initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

* MBA or CPA preferred

* 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance

* 3+ years of experience in team leadership and development

* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting

* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial metrics

* Excellent communication and comfortable presenting complex data clearly

* Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, or distribution industries

* Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, BPC, Oracle, QAD, Plex)

* Familiarity with predictive analytics and financial consolidations
