Team Highlights & Broad Responsibilities
- Budgeting and Analysis: Coordinate annual planning, analyze functional budgets, and provide insights to identify key business drivers and support profitable growth
- Monthly Close and Reporting: Oversee all aspects of the monthly financial close, including management reporting, variance analysis, and trend analysis
- Decision Support and Cost Savings: Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting to senior management, respond to internal queries, and identify cost-saving opportunities across SG&A functions
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years of FP&A or other relevant experience (Big 4 Audit encouraged to apply)
- Hyperion and SAP experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
