SCHEDULE: Full Time TRAVEL REQUIRED: 0% - 5% COMPENSATION: $42,405.00 to $76,720.00 base salary plus potential for variable compensation. Base pay is determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. About Our OpportunityThe Financial Relationship Specialist provides exceptional customer experience by supporting the delivery of financial services through establishing, developing, and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Responsibilities include handling incoming phone calls, walk-in customers, financial transactions, monetary accounting activities, funds deposits, and daily reports. Assists in proactively identifying service office needs and providing administrative support for the marketplace. How You Will Spend Your Time
  • Creates a positive customer experience by delivering timely, thorough, thoughtful and responsive service in a way that exceeds customer expectations while meeting internal deadlines.
  • Leads daily activities to ensure all monetary transaction processing is completed according to safe industry practices, including adherence to all applicable laws and regulations; monitor required reports.
  • Adapts communication style to suit different audiences, ability to be empathetic, treats every conversation as an opportunity, listens and effectively relays information and documents accordingly.
  • Owns and resolves account discrepancies to include credit line overdrafts, insufficient fund notifications and delinquencies.
  • Performs loan related tasks, scan documents, process payoffs and release liens utilizing technology to effectively service customers.
  • Serves as primary contact for facilities vendors, building upkeep, maintenance, and retail office mail. Provides support for meetings and monitors non-employee access to the building.
  • Manages office supplies, inventory, place orders and process invoices.
  • Collaborates and assists with targeted marketing efforts.
  • Supports all business segments with customer service and processing needs.
  • Uses technology effectively to streamline operations and support customers.
  • Monitors and ensure compliance with regulator and procedural guidelines to minimize risk to the association.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure customer needs are met at each stage of the lending process.
  • Remains current with internal process guides, tools, and resources to continuously to improve customer service.
Minimum Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2-3 years successful experience in administrative support, financial related customer service, or computer operations. Mental & Physical RequirementsWhile engaged in this position, team members will routinely sit, use hands for tasks, and communicate orally. Standing or walking is frequently required, while occasional demands include reaching with hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to ten pounds. Vision requirements encompass close and distance vision. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level. This role may entail a blend of mental and physical capabilities, requiring strong mental acuity, problem-solving skills, and occasional physical tasks such as standing, lifting, or extended computer usage. Some roles may require physical or mental requirements related to driving, such as a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive a long-distance.
