Through sponsorship programs, Medicaid screening and premium monitoring, we empower patients to get the coverage and care they need and get back on their feet.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating meaningful reports and pulling information utilizing different technologies to drive business decisions as well as providing customers with status reports.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for extracting, organizing, and validating data to generate precise reports
- Create and execute reports using a variety of reporting tools to gather essential data
- Enhance the organization's performance by crafting and disseminating KPIs
- Conducting in-depth trend analysis
- Deliver insightful recommendations to drive process and service enhancement
- Generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and Ad-Hoc reports as-needed basis
- Provide support to the HFS Operations team in designing, testing, and implementing process enhancements, while actively seeking out opportunities for improvement
- Deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2) to three (3) years, experience with structured query language utilizing SQL Server
- Power BI experience- One (1) to two (2) years - Must be able to implement collected data into Power BI
- Proficiency in integrating collected data into Power BI or an equivalent reporting tool is a required skill
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, data mining, and database management with a track record of one to three years of practical experience
- Effectively and confidently presenting data to executives at the management and C-suite levels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical thinker with a strong commitment to follow-through and good organizational skills
- Due to the business need occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to attend training and meetings in corporate office.
- *Remote/Hybrid – at any point, if required to work from home a minimum internet speed of 75Mbps and reliable cellular signal is required to be able to do this job effectively
