The Manager, External Reporting will be responsible for preparation of the Company s external financial statements including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K and all other registration filings with the SEC; for the research and implementation of all new accounting standards; for overseeing the conflict minerals reporting process; for assisting in the drafting and updating of policies and procedures within the Company-wide finance and accounting policies and procedures manual; and as a participant in various other special projects.
