As the Financial Services Administrative Assistant you will assists the Dupaco Financial Services (DFS) department in a support capacity, greeting members, assist with scheduling appointments, working with clients, client files, performing data entry, supports other team members with a variety of tasks.You'll be:
- Providing quality service to members, potential members and coworkers.
- Demonstrating teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers.
- Promoting a professional image of the credit union at all times.
- Greeting members in reception area, direct them to appropriate financial advisor or other personnel.
- Tracking credit union sales, DFS referral from staff, and approval of referrals.
- Assisting as needed with DFS seminars.
- Distributing information and brochures to clients, as required.
- Assisting as needed with setting up and maintaining accurate client files.
- Performing filing, faxing, scanning and correspondence as needed.
- Answering telephone and direct members and clients regarding various servicing issues.
- Utilizing Redtail CRM.
- Directing client inquiries in a timely fashion to the appropriate Financial Advisor.
- Preparing and understand the Asset Listings/Asset Allocations Software.
- Processing Financial Advisor reports/review letters to clients.
- Ordering supplies/prospectus'.
- Developing and maintain Monthly call sheet by making calls in a timely manner at the direction of the Financial Advisor.
- Maintaining knowledge of products offered through Dupaco Financial Services and Dupaco Credit Union.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
You'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of administrative assistant or equivalent, preferred.
- Basic knowledge of financial products/services preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external credit union communications and relations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments as necessary.
